My award winning client based in Huddersfield are looking to expand the team due to business growth. They are looking for a new member who has experience within the estate agency sector be this within lettings or sales

Duties

• Meeting, discussing and understanding the needs of sellers/landlords
• Scheduling appointments
• Performing research of the local market by comparing properties and checking market activity to establish a selling/rental price
• Listing properties with the relevant services and amenities
• Liaising between all parties to negotiate prices for sales and or lets
• Taking digital photos of properties
• Dealing with property inspections, check in and check outs

The Person

• Keen eye for detail
• Excellent face to face and over the phone communication skills
• Computer Literate
