We are currently recruiting for an exciting new opportunity for a Sales Negotiator to join our clients growing team in the heart of Huddersfield.
In this role, you'll be an integral part of our dedicated team, delivering exceptional customer service and providing vital administrative support. We're searching for an enthusiastic individual who is eager to learn and can excel in a high-energy sales environment. Collaboration within a team is at the centre of this position, and the ability to efficiently manage and prioritise tasks is essential
Specific duties & responsibilities:
- Front of house greeting all visitors to the branch.
- Registering applicants and maintaining records.
- Arranging viewing appointments and gaining feedback.
- Negotiating with potential buyers.
- Obtaining local market information to assist with Market Appraisals.
- Assisting the manager with launching properties to the market.
- Dealing with marketing content.
- Achieving sales targets.
- Meeting financial services referral targets.
- Providing support to Sales Progression team
Person specification:
- Estate agency experience preferred, but not essential.
- Sound knowledge of, and experience in, sales and customer service is essential.
- Strong communicator; friendly, outgoing with a professional telephone manner.
- Front of house experience with a positive can-do attitude.
- Excellent standard of written English language and attention to detail.
- Presentable, well-spoken and confident.
- Good IT skills and the ability to adapt to new technologies.
- Experience and general knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and problem-solving approach to tasks.
- Ability to work within a team
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.00pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays. Full-time
Starting Salary £18,000.00 + depending on age and experience. Excellent commisson struture.
